The IT Executive will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support across the UTCA office. The role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, managing IT inventory and assets, supporting office systems, and ensuring smooth functioning of all IT-related services. The IT Executive will also support CCTV and biometric systems, provide support for the Karya App, and conduct user training as required.
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Maintain and monitor office IT infrastructure, including CCTV and biometric systems.
Manage IT inventory, asset records, software licenses, and IT consumables.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
Provide support and user training for the Karya App (Bill Approval, Cab Management, Attendance Management, and Player Selection module), ensuring smooth operations, issue resolution, and effective user adoption.
Provide IT support for UTCA events, tournaments, training sessions, meetings, and other outdoor activities, ensuring seamless operation of IT equipment, internet connectivity, audiovisual systems, and related technology requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for IT-related maintenance and support.
Ensure timely resolution of user issues and service requests.
Assist in data backup, system updates, and IT security compliance.
Maintain IT documentation and support records.
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Good knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, and biometric systems.
Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and user support skills.
