Lead and develop a team of 8–10 Contract Surety Producers across the Northeast, drive new business and revenue, coach and train sales staff, recruit and onboard sales personnel, monitor performance versus forecasts, collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and support, and maintain a high-performance, results-driven sales culture.

Lead digital product projects end-to-end: plan, scope, manage resources, coordinate stakeholders, support development/testing/deployments, manage offshore teams, mitigate risks, and continuously improve product rollout processes.

Design and operate CI/CD pipelines, productionize local applications to cloud, optimize automated infrastructure, build monitoring and incident response, support growing customer base, ensure system security, and collaborate with product and engineering to deploy updates and resolve production issues.

Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using microservices and Spring Boot. Implement APIs, CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), database integration, and headless CMS. Participate in full SDLC, performance tuning, testing, and cross-functional collaboration, delivering solutions on tight timelines.

Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases; create test processes and artifacts; reproduce and track bugs; perform regression and end-to-end testing; collaborate with engineering and legal; set up test environments and CI pipelines; stay current with testing tools and methods.

Drive revenue and manage program initiatives by executing vertical market strategies, developing new business with associations, MGAs and agencies, expanding existing programs, collaborating with sales and marketing, and attending client meetings, conventions, and industry seminars.

Lead and oversee IT operations, manage and mentor an IT team, define technical strategy, run IT projects and QA processes, provide support and maintain documentation.

Advise commercial clients on property & casualty insurance, provide quotes and bind policies, process endorsements/renewals/cancellations, handle client inquiries, maintain records in CRM and agency systems, and stay current on products and regulations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Design, build, and optimize high-performance front-end code and themed components using modern JS frameworks. Implement build/test processes, integrate with headless/open-source CMS and RESTful APIs, analyze performance, provide estimates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mobile-first, cross-browser digital products.

Lead full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, compliance with Vietnamese labor laws, HR administration, and reporting to senior management.

Gather, define, and manage business and configuration requirements; author documentation; define reporting/alerting; track requirements through project lifecycle; improve processes, monitoring, and testing to deliver better customer value.

Lead end-to-end digital product projects: define scope, plan, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, run stakeholder meetings, support deployments, and continuously improve development and rollout processes to ensure on-time launches.
