As a Senior Claims Examiner, you will handle complex third-party claims, negotiate resolutions, manage reserves, and provide excellent customer service.

Execute financial and operational audits, perform internal control testing using MAR and SOX Lite, prepare work papers and audit reports, collaborate with external auditors, and communicate control findings and recommendations to process owners.

Lead and scale Coaction's in-house energy underwriting platform for upstream and midstream risks. Develop underwriting strategy, source and launch products, manage capacity/limits, expand reinsurance and distribution relationships, and drive profitable growth while aligning portfolio decisions with corporate objectives. Represent the company externally and collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams.

Manage and execute financial and operational audits, document findings and recommendations, collaborate with external auditors, guide 1-2 staff, and drive remediation and control improvements across Operations.

Support underwriters by computing and rating premiums, delivering initial pricing, assisting with underwriting analysis and policy processing, servicing agent inquiries, ensuring regulatory compliance, and ordering reports (MVR, D&B). Learn underwriting processes and contribute recommendations to improve workflows.

The IT Director, Claims Solutions oversees technology delivery for Claims, leading teams and managing vendor relationships to ensure system compliance and performance.

The Auto TPA Manager oversees third-party claims administration, ensuring compliance, performance monitoring, process improvement, and staff training to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
