Designs, operates, secures, and continuously improves AWS-first cloud infrastructure while supporting Azure workloads. Responsibilities include infrastructure deployment, disaster recovery, backup and recovery, monitoring, cost optimization, security, compliance, troubleshooting, Tier 1–III support, automation, and collaboration with internal teams and managed service providers. Provides technical and project leadership, oversees infrastructure upgrades, mentors engineers, and communicates cloud strategy, risks, and project status to stakeholders and executives.

Supports corporate income tax provisions, federal and state tax compliance, premium tax processing, reconciliations, and investment accounting for a consolidated insurance group. Responsibilities include ASC 740 and SSAP 101 reporting, tax workpapers, audit requests, custodian account reconciliations, investment valuations, invoice processing, statutory deposits, and investment cash-flow monitoring. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and coordination with internal teams and external advisors.

Two-day summer externship introducing college sophomores to the property and casualty insurance industry. Participants will explore underwriting, claims, finance, actuarial, and technology functions through hands-on learning, job shadowing, business-partner engagement, networking, and exposure to future internship opportunities. The program is onsite in Morristown, New Jersey, and requires students to be sophomores graduating in May 2028 with at least a 3.0 GPA.
