Manages loss control and risk engineering services for underwriting, claims, and insureds. Oversees risk surveys, regulatory compliance, loss control plans, vendor coordination, quality assurance, service budgets, and performance reporting. Develops processes, metrics, best practices, portal enhancements, and automation initiatives while providing technical guidance and mentoring to loss control professionals. This hybrid role requires working at least three days weekly in the Morristown, New Jersey office.

Handles first- and third-party Ocean Marine and Energy claims from investigation through settlement. Responsibilities include interpreting insurance policies, evaluating exposures, setting reserves, preparing coverage letters, managing litigation and external vendors, maintaining claim documentation and financials, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires maintaining adjuster licenses, managing defense counsel and experts, and occasional travel to mediations, conferences, and trials. It follows a hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the Morristown, New Jersey office.

Investigates, evaluates, documents, and recovers insurance claim deductibles. The role interprets insurance policies, manages claim referrals and collection agencies, tracks recovery activity, maintains accurate claims-system records, oversees TPA activities, analyzes recovery data, and collaborates with internal departments on deductible and account-status issues.
