Advises leaders and employees on employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, conflicts, accommodations, separations, and employment compliance. Supports payroll processing, timekeeping corrections, unemployment claims, audits, and regulatory inquiries. Maintains confidential case records, partners with HR, Legal, Payroll, and leadership, and identifies trends to improve HR policies and processes.

The General Counsel oversees CLS Health’s legal affairs, provides strategic legal guidance to executives and the Board, manages a legal team, advises on healthcare regulations and transactions, negotiates contracts, supports corporate governance and compliance, manages litigation and government requests, and oversees outside counsel. The role requires travel to CLS Health clinics as needed.

Manages operational accounting activities, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, inventory valuation, compliance, audits, and process improvement. Provides variance analysis and financial insights to support operational decisions, collaborates with finance and other departments, and conducts ad hoc analyses and special projects.

Deliver engaging training on eClinical systems to physicians, medical assistants, patient service representatives, referral coordinators, and clinical trial staff. Assess knowledge gaps, tailor programs, ensure regulatory compliance, evaluate effectiveness, maintain training records, collaborate with healthcare stakeholders, and communicate eClinicalWorks updates. Travel to different healthcare facilities as needed.

Lead centralized procurement and supply chain for a multi-site healthcare system: develop sourcing strategy, manage vendors and contracts, standardize purchasing and inventory, identify cost savings, ensure regulatory compliance, report metrics, and lead a procurement team to support clinical and operational needs.
