Support ophthalmologist by preparing exam rooms and patients, performing diagnostic tests and in-office procedures, administering topical/oral medications under direction, entering data into electronic records, scheduling and follow-up, and assisting with patient/referral communications and training.

Schedule office- and hospital-based ophthalmology procedures, perform insurance eligibility/verification, obtain prior authorizations, collect pre-service payments, document informed consent and scheduling notes in the EMR, coordinate with hospital staff, confirm pre-procedure clearances and testing, and communicate preparation and follow-up instructions to patients.

Provide IV infusions including biologics and hydration, establish/maintain peripheral and central line access, monitor and educate patients, document care in EMR, and respond to adverse reactions or emergencies.

Operate fluoroscopy and imaging equipment during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, monitor and document radiation dose, assist with patient positioning and procedural setup, maintain and troubleshoot imaging systems, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure patient safety and image quality.

Provide comprehensive midwifery care across prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic services. Perform exams, diagnostics (Pap, STI, fetal monitoring), patient education, individualized care plans, EMR documentation, and collaborate with OB/GYN staff to ensure safe, culturally sensitive patient-centered care.

Maintain and update the chargemaster within the EMR and billing systems, ensuring codes, descriptions, pricing, and billing components are accurate and compliant. Implement code and fee updates, audit for errors or duplicates, troubleshoot system issues, support charge capture workflows, and document changes to support audit readiness.

Support cardiologists and RNs during interventional cardiac procedures by preparing sterile fields, setting up instruments, assisting during angiograms, stent placements, pacemaker/ICD implants and peripheral interventions, ensuring equipment functionality, handling specimens and documentation, and maintaining a compliant procedural environment.

Drive CLS Health expansion through market analysis, strategic planning, provider recruitment, partnership development, and cross-functional project execution. Build business cases, track KPIs and ROI, support contracts and onboarding, and present results to leadership.
