Supports physicians and patients in a multispecialty GI practice by rooming patients, collecting histories and vitals, preparing charts, assisting with procedures and wound care, managing referrals and authorizations, coordinating medications and orders, documenting communications, educating patients, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms.

Supports project managers with ancillary healthcare initiatives by coordinating order processing, maintaining records, optimizing workflows, assisting with automation, communicating with providers and internal teams, and completing reporting, data entry, and documentation. Handles high-volume workloads while meeting deadlines and ensuring accurate tracking across multiple service lines.

Prepares sterile fields, instruments, supplies, and equipment for invasive cardiac procedures. Assists cardiologists and registered nurses during angiograms, stent placements, pacemaker and ICD implants, and peripheral interventions. Maintains sterile technique and a safe, compliant procedural environment, while accurately handling specimens and documentation. Requires CST certification or equivalent experience, at least one year in a Cath Lab, operating room, or similar setting, cardiovascular equipment knowledge, and BLS certification.

Lead centralized procurement and supply chain for a multi-site healthcare system: develop sourcing strategy, manage vendors and contracts, standardize purchasing and inventory, identify cost savings, ensure regulatory compliance, report metrics, and lead a procurement team to support clinical and operational needs.

Drive healthcare system growth through market analysis, strategic planning, business case development, provider recruitment support, service line expansion, and external partnerships. Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, monitor timelines and KPIs, evaluate ROI, support negotiations and onboarding, and present recommendations to executive leadership. Requires healthcare business development experience, financial and market analysis skills, relationship management, and knowledge of physician practice operations and healthcare regulations.

Three-month, full-time fellowship providing early-career professionals hands-on healthcare operations experience. Fellows complete cross-functional rotations, lead operational projects, receive executive mentorship, attend weekly didactic sessions, and present a strategic capstone to senior leadership. Located at CLS Health sites across Greater Houston.

Maintain and update the chargemaster within the EMR and billing systems, ensuring codes, descriptions, pricing, and billing components are accurate and compliant. Implement code and fee updates, audit for errors or duplicates, troubleshoot system issues, support charge capture workflows, and document changes to support audit readiness.

Train and support clinical and trial staff on eClinical systems (especially eClinicalWorks). Conduct needs assessments, deliver in-person and virtual training, ensure compliance, evaluate outcomes, document activities, collaborate with stakeholders, and travel frequently across Houston-area facilities.
