Drive healthcare system growth through market analysis, strategic planning, business case development, provider recruitment support, service line expansion, and external partnerships. Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, monitor timelines and KPIs, evaluate ROI, support negotiations and onboarding, and present recommendations to executive leadership. Requires healthcare business development experience, financial and market analysis skills, relationship management, and knowledge of physician practice operations and healthcare regulations.

Supports procurement activities by sourcing suppliers, evaluating pricing and quality, negotiating terms, processing purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, maintaining inventory records, forecasting demand, and ensuring compliance. The role coordinates with internal departments and vendors, resolves purchasing issues, maintains procurement documentation, prepares reports, and helps improve purchasing efficiency. Travel to other CLS Health clinics is required.

Administer IV therapies, specialty medications, biologics, immunomodulators, and blood products while assessing patients before, during, and after treatment. Monitor and manage infusion reactions, maintain IV access, review labs, educate patients, coordinate with providers, document care in the electronic medical record, and follow medication safety and infection-prevention standards. The role also supports infusion-center workflow and requires travel between Woodlands and Huntsville clinics.

Manages high-volume recruiting across multiple requisitions, including proactive sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, hiring-manager partnership, offers, recruiting metrics, onboarding, employer-brand initiatives, and compliance. Maintains candidate and HR records, supports orientation, answers standard HR questions, and travels to clinics and recruiting events as needed. The role is fully onsite in Webster, Texas.

Supports project managers with ancillary healthcare initiatives by coordinating order processing, maintaining records, optimizing workflows, assisting with automation, communicating with providers and internal teams, and completing reporting, data entry, and documentation. Handles high-volume workloads while meeting deadlines and ensuring accurate tracking across multiple service lines.

Lead centralized procurement and supply chain for a multi-site healthcare system: develop sourcing strategy, manage vendors and contracts, standardize purchasing and inventory, identify cost savings, ensure regulatory compliance, report metrics, and lead a procurement team to support clinical and operational needs.

Maintain and update the chargemaster within the EMR and billing systems, ensuring codes, descriptions, pricing, and billing components are accurate and compliant. Implement code and fee updates, audit for errors or duplicates, troubleshoot system issues, support charge capture workflows, and document changes to support audit readiness.

Train and support clinical and trial staff on eClinical systems (especially eClinicalWorks). Conduct needs assessments, deliver in-person and virtual training, ensure compliance, evaluate outcomes, document activities, collaborate with stakeholders, and travel frequently across Houston-area facilities.
