Administer IV therapies, specialty medications, biologics, immunomodulators, and blood products while assessing patients before, during, and after treatment. Monitor and manage infusion reactions, maintain IV access, review labs, educate patients, coordinate with providers, document care in the electronic medical record, and follow medication safety and infection-prevention standards. The role also supports infusion-center workflow and requires travel between Woodlands and Huntsville clinics.

Manages high-volume recruiting across multiple requisitions, including proactive sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, hiring-manager partnership, offers, recruiting metrics, onboarding, employer-brand initiatives, and compliance. Maintains candidate and HR records, supports orientation, answers standard HR questions, and travels to clinics and recruiting events as needed. The role is fully onsite in Webster, Texas.

Oversee the legal and clinical operation of a Texas pharmacy as Pharmacist-in-Charge. Responsibilities include prescription verification, drug interaction review, patient counseling, regulatory and DEA compliance, controlled-substance recordkeeping, staff supervision, inventory and medication storage oversight, medication-error investigation, quality improvement, incident review, and support during inspections.
