Source, screen, and manage technical candidates for software engineering, DevOps, cloud, and other IT roles. Responsibilities include passive talent sourcing through recruiting platforms and Boolean searches, intake coordination with hiring managers, preliminary technical and fit screening, candidate communication, interview coordination, feedback delivery, and ATS data management. The recruiter will track pipeline metrics, maintain data accuracy, and support a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Develop and maintain complex Workday integrations for client systems, gathering requirements, designing data flows, troubleshooting issues, and producing technical documentation such as design specifications, test plans, and user guides. The role requires extensive Workday integration experience, including Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF, custom reports, EIBs, CCW, XSLT, and integrations with payroll and benefits vendors.

Configure, implement, enhance, and support Infor HCM solutions across Core HR, time and attendance, absence, payroll, and workforce management. Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, define processes, prepare functional specifications, coordinate integrations and data migration, execute testing and UAT, troubleshoot issues, train users, and provide post-go-live support while managing stakeholder communication.

Designs and develops SAP applications using RAP, ABAP for HANA, CDS views, AMDP, and object-oriented ABAP. Builds behavior definitions, service bindings, business objects, draft handling, validations, determinations, and transactional processing. Develops RICEF objects, manages transports and versioning, debugs and optimizes ABAP code, and follows test-driven development and Clean Core guidelines using SAP GUI and ADT.

Configure, implement, enhance, and support Infor Finance ERP modules, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting. Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional documentation, coordinate integrations and data migration, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, train users, support go-live, and manage client and stakeholder communication.

Implement, configure, and support SAP Master Data Governance solutions across customer, vendor, material, business partner, and financial data. Design governance workflows, validations, approval processes, data models, business rules, and UI enhancements. Integrate SAP MDG with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and enterprise applications; conduct data quality, cleansing, migration, and harmonization initiatives. Troubleshoot production issues, support stakeholders, and create technical and functional documentation.

Identifies and qualifies new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and market research. Manages the full sales lifecycle for IT consulting and staffing services, including presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Builds relationships with technology, HR, and procurement decision-makers, maintains CRM pipeline records, monitors market intelligence, and represents the company at industry and networking events.
