Implement, configure, and support SAP Fieldglass solutions for contingent and external workforce processes. Gather business requirements, configure workflows, approvals, templates, and integrations, and support SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA connectivity. Troubleshoot functional issues, participate in testing, UAT, deployment, and production support, prepare documentation, and coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Administer and support complex SAP landscapes, including installations, upgrades, migrations, refreshes, patching, transport management, monitoring, performance tuning, security, HANA database administration, high availability, disaster recovery, and cloud or hybrid environments. Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams, troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Lead the architecture, configuration, implementation, integration, and support of SAP FI/CO and Vertex O Series tax systems. Responsibilities include financial process optimization, SAP tax configuration, tax-rule mapping, troubleshooting tax discrepancies, collaboration with ABAP teams on enhancements, and leadership of testing, deployment, hypercare, and production support. The consultant will serve as the subject matter expert for US corporate tax automation, cross-border VAT/GST, and global financial processes.
