Cloudflare Employee Perspectives
Cloudflare encourages employees to contribute to initiatives that create meaningful impact beyond the business. Through innovation-focused programs like Birthday Week and Impact Week, employees help develop solutions that improve security, connectivity and access for communities around the world, demonstrating the company's commitment to using technology for the public good.
“I was pleased to find out that Cloudflare frequently organizes innovation weeks — like Birthday Week — during which the company gives back to the community. There have been several noteworthy initiatives, including Project Fair Shot to enable communities to vaccinate fairly, and Project Galileo, protecting at-risk public interest groups.
But what has me truly excited is Project Pangea, which launches as part of Impact Week. Project Pangea helps improve security and connectivity for community networks at no cost. Cloudflare’s network spans 200+ cities worldwide; it has one of the largest number of interconnects/peers worldwide.”

Cloudflare is driven by a mission to build a better Internet by making online experiences faster, more reliable, more scalable and more secure. Leaders say the company's global infrastructure enables teams to deliver products that support millions of users and organizations around the world, giving employees the opportunity to contribute to technology with broad, meaningful impact.
“Cloudflare is an essential part of the internet, powering roughly 20 percent of the web. We have our infrastructure deployed in over 300 cities and over 100 countries across the globe. Every product we deliver helps build a better internet by creating faster, more reliable, more scalable and more secure experiences.”
