Lead North America safety strategy and governance for heavy OEM manufacturing. Develop standardized safety systems, ensure regulatory compliance, drive risk assessments, implement critical safety programs, oversee incident investigations, mentor regional safety teams, and integrate safety into engineering, operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Create detailed technical, assembly, and layout drawings using CAD (AutoCAD, Inventor); perform engineering calculations; liaise with internal teams, customers and vendors on technical issues; apply standards (ASME/IFS beneficial); and support product and processing documentation.
