Collect, clean, and correlate data from multiple systems (Power Up, IFS, CRM) to produce weekly/monthly dashboards and reports. Use SQL, Excel, statistical methods, Tableau/Power BI and AI tools to analyze trends, identify warranty/quality risks, and support root-cause evaluation. Present findings to Customer Care and executive teams and provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer experience and product quality.

Design and develop burner and boiler-related equipment using CAD/CAM (AutoCAD, Inventor); provide technical product knowledge and support; analyze issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend solutions; communicate across departments and with customers; may work in office and production plant environments.

Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL solutions and data warehouse structures using SSIS and SQL Server. Build and support SSAS models, optimize ETL performance, ensure data quality, partner with stakeholders, and produce technical documentation to support BI and reporting initiatives.
