Process and code vendor invoices in IFS, match POs, resolve invoice/payment discrepancies, handle vendor correspondence, assist with monthly closings and reconciliations, maintain accounting records and support the Accounting Department.

Design and develop burner and boiler-related equipment using CAD/CAM (AutoCAD, Inventor); provide technical product knowledge and support; analyze issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend solutions; communicate across departments and with customers; may work in office and production plant environments.
