The role supports commercial and operational outcomes while coordinating with Operations, Finance, Procurement, suppliers, and contractors.

Provides end-to-end HR support to leaders and employees, focusing on employee and industrial relations, workplace investigations, performance and conduct matters, policy interpretation, organisational change, and Enterprise Bargaining Agreement matters. The role advises on employment legislation and compliance, coaches leaders, manages complex people cases, and supports workforce-related programs across an operational workforce.

Own data governance and stewardship across enterprise data domains. Manage metadata, lineage, data quality, definitions, standards, security controls, and privacy practices. Partner with business stewards, data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to enable trusted BI and reporting through governed datasets. Support Microsoft Purview, Fabric, Power BI, and SQL Server environments while facilitating impact assessments, stakeholder education, and governance adoption.
