The role partners with HR, business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to drive secure, measurable productivity improvements and manage AI innovation initiatives.

Manages distressed commercial credit portfolios, including past-due and charged-off loans. Reviews financial and industry information, prepares resolution recommendations, negotiates restructurings, monitors loan performance, and maximizes recoveries while minimizing losses and non-accruals. Collaborates with legal, appraisal, accounting, property management, branch, and lending teams. Evaluates loan quality, risk classifications, charge-offs, collateral, accrual status, and rehabilitation or exit strategies.
