Provide administrative and clerical support for branch officers and customers, prepare and process loan documentation, obtain credit information, ensure proper account documentation, complete monthly reports, and deliver professional customer service while selling and cross-selling bank products.

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate relationships by analyzing financial needs, structuring and approving loans within limits, soliciting deposits and services, meeting sales and profitability targets, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations, and representing the bank in the community.

Responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate clients to generate loans, deposits, and other banking products. Support department sales and service efforts, ensure compliance with bank policies, assist with audits and CRA objectives, meet personal sales goals, promote customer experience, and participate in community activities.
