Sells treasury management products and services to clients by assessing needs, preparing presentations and proformas, conducting demonstrations, and gathering implementation documentation. Provides client support, manages sales calls, trains internal personnel to identify opportunities, coordinates with business and operations teams, and helps mitigate product-related risks while following banking policies and regulations. The role requires approximately 75% travel to client sites and meetings.

Leads corporate accounting operations, including financial close, general ledger integrity, consolidations, technical accounting, internal controls, regulatory reporting, audits, and vendor payments. Manages accounting personnel, supports SEC filings and banking regulatory reports, researches accounting standards, oversees process improvements and accounting technology, and partners across Finance, IT, tax, and regulatory functions. Requires strong banking, U.S. GAAP, SOX, public-company reporting, and team leadership expertise.

Leads complex mortgage quality assurance reviews, evaluates documentation and operational controls, identifies systemic risks, manages remediation tracking, coordinates audits and regulatory responses, and drives process improvements. Serves as the Encompass subject matter resource, prepares management reporting, provides staff training, and ensures compliance with mortgage regulations including ECOA, FCRA, HMDA, RESPA, TILA, and TRID. Requires advanced mortgage expertise, strong analytical judgment, and independent leadership without direct supervisory responsibility.
