Supports the Bank’s BSA/AML Compliance Program by reviewing currency transactions, managing CTR exemptions, completing and filing CTRs, assisting with SAR reviews, monitoring suspicious activity, tracking reporting errors, and responding to compliance inquiries. The role applies BSA, AML, OFAC, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate records, meeting filing deadlines, and supporting internal departments.

Evaluate and approve loans within delegated authority, review credit reports, assign loan grades, prepare memos on exceptions, monitor delinquencies, review appraisals, support branches on loan structuring and collections, attend DLC meetings, and supervise a team of Credit Officers.

Responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate clients to generate loans, deposits, and other banking products. Support department sales and service efforts, ensure compliance with bank policies, assist with audits and CRA objectives, meet personal sales goals, promote customer experience, and participate in community activities.
