Manage customer relationships to drive adoption of Circadia's contactless sensing and predictive analytics platform across post-acute care providers. Coordinate onboarding, training, and integrations with EHR and care-coordination systems; monitor outcomes, surface clinical insights, troubleshoot issues with clinical and engineering teams, and ensure customers achieve measurable reductions in rehospitalizations and improved staffing efficiency.

Manage and grow strategic partnerships by ensuring successful onboarding, integration (EHR and enterprise systems), adoption of Circadia's monitoring and predictive analytics, driving partner outcomes, retention, and cross-functional coordination between clinical, product, and engineering teams.

Own and operate production ML pipelines, deployment infrastructure, and monitoring for clinical models. Build automated retraining, versioning, rollout, and rollback workflows across cloud and edge. Ensure reproducibility, experiment tracking, CI/CD for models, data/version lineage, and compliance with healthcare security and privacy standards.

Provide medical oversight to Tennessee-licensed NPs using AI-enabled remote monitoring in skilled nursing facilities. Review charts, analyze vitals and histories, ensure regulatory compliance, sign charts, offer care recommendations, conduct telemedicine consultations, and support quality assurance and care coordination.

Design, build, and operate scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines ingesting EHR and device data (ADT, meds, notes, vitals). Transform, validate, and load into MySQL and Snowflake on AWS. Ensure HIPAA/SOC2-compliant handling of PHI, monitoring, incident response, and collaboration with ML, backend, and clinical teams to support analytics and model workflows.

Research, prototype, and deploy ML models for physiological sensing (radar, audio, other signals). Design experiments, implement production-grade models for cloud and on-device inference, optimize for constrained compute, collaborate with clinical and engineering teams, and contribute documentation and regulatory evidence.

Lead operations to scale a $20M vertical into a $100M engine, own P&L, drive 3x+ revenue growth and margin improvements, and operationalize Circadia’s AI-enabled sensing, predictive analytics, and EHR/care-coordination integrations across post-acute patient networks.

Lead post-sale customer relationships for a healthcare AI platform, drive adoption and outcomes, coordinate enterprise EHR integrations, onboard and support clinical and operational teams, and act as a strategic partner to reduce rehospitalizations.

Serve as strategic partner to the CEO, managing complex calendars, travel, communications, NDAs/DocuSign, board materials, office operations, events, candidate hosting, sales pipeline follow-up, and select personal tasks while building systems and anticipating needs.

Lead end-to-end clinical recruiting for NPs and physicians across SNF, home health, and virtual programs.
