Own the complete People Operations function excluding recruiting across a distributed US, UK, and Pakistan workforce. Responsibilities include compensation and benefits, payroll and HRIS oversight, employee lifecycle processes, performance management, employee relations, investigations, compliance, policies, culture, immigration coordination, manager enablement, and people analytics. Initially operating independently, the role will build and lead the People Operations team as the company scales.

Own QA strategy and release readiness for a healthcare AI platform. Responsibilities include authoring risk-based test plans, designing exhaustive functional and negative test cases, building Python-based API and UI automation, validating integrations and data, maintaining CI/CD regression suites, triaging flaky tests, and producing audit-ready verification and validation documentation for medical-device regulatory submissions. The role also champions testability and quality practices across engineering.

Own enterprise customer implementations, multi-site rollouts, operating cadences, executive stakeholder management, and measurable customer outcomes. Manage and grow strategic partnerships by ensuring successful onboarding, integration (EHR and enterprise systems), adoption of Circadia's monitoring and predictive analytics, driving partner outcomes, retention, and cross-functional coordination between clinical, product, and engineering teams.

Supports the CEO by managing calendars, complex scheduling, travel, expenses, inboxes, board and investor logistics, and executive communications. Builds scalable executive-assistance processes, playbooks, and documentation while coordinating with the executive team, board members, investors, customers, and employees. Acts as a trusted company navigator, routes questions, maintains follow-ups, prepares materials, and supports offsites, town halls, and other high-leverage initiatives.

Own and operate end-to-end ML infrastructure: build and maintain Airflow pipelines, CI/CD and IaC for model training/deployment, manage MLflow registry, deploy to AWS and edge devices, implement monitoring/data-versioning, ensure HIPAA/SOC2 compliance, and support reproducible, reliable ML in production.

Research, prototype, and deploy ML models for physiological sensing (radar, audio, other signals). Design experiments, implement production-grade models for cloud and on-device inference, optimize for constrained compute, collaborate with clinical and engineering teams, and contribute documentation and regulatory evidence.

Lead day-to-day customer support operations onsite in Los Angeles: manage team KPIs, distribute and audit cases, own HubSpot support desk, perform QA, handle inbound/outbound customer calls, coordinate device parts fulfillment with Field Operations, and maintain reporting and documentation hygiene.

Own end-to-end clinical prediction models: design, train, evaluate, and ship models using physiological time series and EHR data. Own MLOps pipelines and platform reliability: build Airflow training/eval/deploy workflows, manage model registry and dataset lineage, deploy ML workloads on AWS with versioning and rollback, monitor drift and prediction quality, optimize compute costs, ensure HIPAA/SOC2 compliance, and contribute to model development alongside ML engineers.

Own ingestion, transformation, validation, and normalization of clinical and EHR data pipelines (HL7 v2, FHIR, CDC) into performant Snowflake and MySQL schemas. Build and monitor AWS-based pipelines, ensure data quality and PHI-compliant handling, and support downstream ML and application needs across enterprise integrations.

Build and lead the Circadia Intelligence Platform: responsive React front-ends, Python/FastAPI backends and APIs, customer-specific integrations with EHR systems, and technical architecture and mentorship to scale monitoring across hundreds of thousands of patients.

Lead a small senior engineering team to improve delivery predictability, own planning/prioritization processes, grow and manage engineers, split time ~50% hands-on coding and design review, and balance customer-specific delivery with platform health.

Own and evolve the cloud infrastructure and platform that ingest and process high-volume telemetry from tens of thousands of devices. Responsibilities include AWS architecture, IaC, container orchestration, CI/CD, observability, security (IAM, secrets, encryption), cost optimization, and scalable telemetry pipelines while meeting HIPAA/SOC2 compliance and partnering with engineering and business stakeholders.

Coordinate interview scheduling across time zones, manage onboarding logistics from offer to day one, maintain ATS data integrity, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, improve recruiting operations and candidate experience, and steward candidate communications.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Data. Build scalable sourcing pipelines, interview frameworks, and recruiting operations. Partner with leadership on hiring forecasts, metrics, and employer branding. Hire, optimize time-to-fill and quality, and eventually build and lead a technical recruiting function.

Manage the full lifecycle of incoming medical records requests: log, track, prepare, review, and submit complete documentation packets; coordinate with RCM and Physician Ops; maintain tracking logs and digital records to ensure compliance and meet payer deadlines.

Manage customer relationships to drive adoption of Circadia's contactless sensing and predictive analytics platform across post-acute care providers. Coordinate onboarding, training, and integrations with EHR and care-coordination systems; monitor outcomes, surface clinical insights, troubleshoot issues with clinical and engineering teams, and ensure customers achieve measurable reductions in rehospitalizations and improved staffing efficiency.

Lead design and implement an ISO 13485-compliant QMS, own design controls and DHF, establish complaint handling, CAPA, and PMS processes, support regulatory submissions (e.g., 510(k)), and coordinate cross-functional testing and documentation for medical device/digital health products.
