Manage multiple customer implementations from contract signature through go-live for skilled nursing and care organizations. Coordinate internal teams, facility leadership, and IT stakeholders; answer technical onboarding questions; maintain accurate customer records; ensure readiness and clean handoffs to Customer Success; and identify process improvements. The role is full-time and in-office in El Segundo, California.

Lead healthcare technology implementations in skilled nursing facilities, from site assessment and device installation through go-live and post-launch support. Train clinical and frontline staff, troubleshoot devices and connectivity, monitor utilization, build facility champions, document implementation status, and coordinate with Customer Success, Clinical, Support, and Engineering teams. The role requires extensive travel, independent schedule management, healthcare workflow knowledge, and strong customer-facing communication.

Manage strategic partnerships with complex, multisite healthcare clients. Lead onboarding, implementation, workflow design, executive engagement, data-driven advisory, renewals, and expansion. Use predictive analytics to demonstrate patient and operational outcomes, reduce churn, identify growth opportunities, and provide product feedback. The role requires consultative client leadership, executive presence, ownership of ambiguous engagements, and approximately 50% regional travel.
