Manage the company’s accounting and reporting functions, including general ledger accuracy, accounts payable, reconciliations, fixed assets, right-of-use amortization, cash monitoring, retail operational accounting, margin reviews, sales tax, 1099 reporting, and lease billing compliance. Collaborate with store managers, vendors, customers, and internal teams while helping build accounting processes, evaluate software, and recommend procedures.

Manage the full accounts payable lifecycle, including high-volume invoice processing, GL coding, vendor reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, month-end close support, and account reconciliations. The role also contributes to AP process improvements, system enhancements, reporting, and standardization while assisting with accounts receivable, inventory, and fixed assets.

Lead Accountant supporting the CFO through financial reporting, general ledger oversight, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, multi-entity accounting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and internal controls. The role also oversees AP and AR support, assists with audits and lender reporting, improves accounting processes, trains team members, and contributes to financial modeling, dashboards, acquisitions, and other CFO special projects.

Maintain accurate retail pricing, cost, product, and promotional data in the POS pricebook system. Resolve invoice exceptions, UPC and scanning issues, inventory alerts, and pricing discrepancies. Collaborate with stores, vendors, accounting, marketing, and operations while tracking vendor promotions, billing, and performance. Support reliable store operations through accurate data management, problem-solving, and timely communication.
