We’re looking for a detail-driven, high-energy Pricebook Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that accuracy, speed, and communication directly impact store performance and profitability.

What You’ll Do
Own Pricing Accuracy & Data Integrity
- Update retail pricing and cost data with precision and urgency
- Import and manage new items in the POS pricebook system
- Ensure all product data is accurate, authorized, and aligned with company standards
- Quickly identify and correct pricing or data discrepancies
Problem Solve & Keep Stores Running Smoothly
- Investigate and resolve invoice exceptions efficiently
- Fix UPC and scanning issues at the store level and follow through to resolution
- Monitor inventory alerts and escalate issues when needed
- Support store operations by ensuring systems function correctly
Collaborate Across Teams
- Communicate with stores, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues quickly
- Keep teams informed on pricing updates, promotions, and changes
- Work cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and marketing
Drive Promotions & Vendor Performance
- Support the execution and accuracy of promotional programs
- Help manage vendor data, pricing, and product updates
- Track vendor promotions, billing, and performance
- Assist in building strong vendor relationships
