Adapt an existing means-testing methodology and scoring tool for South Africa and/or Kenya. The consultant will assess methodological gaps, identify national data sources, recommend country-specific indicators and thresholds, update methodology documentation and tools, and support testing and validation with Chancen’s MEL team. Deliverables include inception notes, country methodology notes, adapted scoring tools, validation summaries, and a final leadership presentation.
