Conduct a nationwide needs assessment of career guidance services across Rwanda’s higher learning institutions, including stakeholder research, benchmarking, data analysis, and reporting. Lead development of a five-year National Career Guidance Strategy aligned with Rwanda’s national priorities. Develop implementation roadmaps, schedules, budgets, governance recommendations, policy briefs, and measurable objectives. Facilitate stakeholder validation workshops and provide regular progress reports to HEC and Chancen.

Lead regulatory compliance for South African student financing operations, including National Credit Act, data privacy, credit bureau, debt collection, and statutory reporting obligations. Manage compliance registers, audits, risk assessments, policies, training, regulatory engagement, and remediation. Support company secretarial governance, CIPC filings, board documentation, external legal counsel, and debt recovery. Own the lifecycle and legal structuring of student financing contracts and Income Share Agreements to improve enforceability, collections, and operational risk outcomes.

Provides hands-on IT support, systems administration, data quality management, and reporting support for South Africa operations. Responsibilities include Salesforce, Formstack, and PandaDoc readiness; data migration and validation; SQL and Python analysis; Power BI reporting; user access management; hardware and connectivity troubleshooting; onboarding and offboarding; endpoint security compliance; documentation; and staff training.
