Lead and implement three production AI/ML models using Army data (GCSS-Army, SAP ECC). Develop, sustain, and support Power BI dashboards for Army sustainment analytics. Perform data modeling, data-quality validation, KPI definition with SMEs, implement role-based security, reconcile results to source systems, document measures and lineage, and support production reporting and sustainment.

Assess, document, stabilize, and modernize an enterprise network after key staff departures. Identify risks, produce diagrams and inventories, create runbooks and a 12–24 month modernization roadmap, implement approved improvements, mentor staff, coordinate vendors, and deliver executive-ready findings and weekly status reports.

Provide onsite systems and network maintenance and support for TRICARE Area Office-Europe: maintain servers, desktops, networks, troubleshoot LAN/WAN and communications, configure network devices, support help desk, telephony, VTC, and coordinate with host-network and agency support staff.

Senior Network Engineer responsible for resolving complex LAN/WLAN/WAN issues, designing and standardizing network deployments, managing configuration and interconnections, troubleshooting equipment, providing recommendations and documentation, supporting DoD healthcare information systems, and leading/coordination with government staff and other stakeholders.

Lead design, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of LAN/WLAN/WAN networks for DoD healthcare environments. Serve as regional network escalation point, manage network standards, tools, monitoring, and coordinate with government staff and contractors. Provide written recommendations, lead specialists, and ensure security and compliance.
