Lead and implement three production AI/ML models using Army data (GCSS-Army, SAP ECC). Perform data exploration, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining on Azure. Work with SMEs and MLOps engineers to integrate outputs into dashboards/Power Apps, prepare documentation/model cards, and support production-readiness reviews.

Lead architecture and development of Power BI and Power Apps solutions, design semantic models, build complex DAX and data transformations, implement role-based security, integrate with Azure and Army data sources, establish deployment/promote procedures, review team work, support sustainment, and prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer material.

Provide enterprise-level administration and support for macOS and Windows endpoints, including imaging, deployment, patching, and configuration baselines. Use endpoint management tools (Ivanti, KACE, Intune, JAMF), troubleshoot identity and connectivity issues, support AWS/hybrid environments, coordinate incident response with cross-functional teams, and document procedures while mentoring Level I technicians.
