DevOps Engineer – This is an onsite role in Washington, DC for a federal law enforcement agency
- Installs, configures, monitors, and patches applications in Windows environments.
- Uses SSO, Entra, PowerShell, and SQL Server.
- Works with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure deployments.
- Assists with containerized workloads (Docker/Kubernetes) and works with teams on compliance.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- PowerShell scripts they wrote and use in production
- Windows Server and Active Directory administration supporting applications
- Current or recent work on USCP application environments for the current contractor.
- Federal application deployment and patching under change control, with STIG or security compliance requirements.
- Build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for .NET applications.
- SSO set up through Entra ID for internal applications.
- Docker or Kubernetes (AKS) running real workloads, not only lab work.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Production PowerShell scripting experience
- Windows Server and Active Directory administration supporting applications
- Current or recent work on USCP application environments for the current contractor
- Federal application deployment and patching under change control with STIG or security compliance requirements
- Build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for .NET applications
- SSO setup through Entra ID for internal applications
- Real-world Docker or Kubernetes AKS workload experience
