Entry-level trainee to learn and manage marine operations including fleet and harbor management, safety program leadership, project and budget support, documentation and compliance with the U.S. Coast Guard, oversight of maintenance and security, and rotating assignments across departments. Role includes travel, physical work on barges, and potential relocation after training (12–24 month program).

Supervise and direct stevedoring crews to safely and efficiently load/unload barges and vessels, enforce OSHA and company safety rules, manage staffing, equipment, inventory, documentation, customer communications, and report operational status to management while controlling labor and equipment costs.

The Export Contract Administration Specialist manages and processes export contracts, ensuring accuracy from creation to invoicing while maintaining compliance and supporting improvement efforts.

Lead and coach a national sales team for agricultural lending to meet originations and investor goals; develop forecasts, partner relationships, marketing coordination, and improve credit submission quality and customer experience while participating in pricing and finance decisions.

Remote territory sales role focused on originating agricultural loans and leases. Build relationships with farmers, ranchers, and financial partners; prepare loan packages with underwriters; meet loan volume goals; market products, report sales activity, and attend trade and marketing events. Significant travel and field time required.

Operate locomotives and move/switch railcars safely under FRA rules. Inspect and maintain equipment, complete rail documentation, coordinate movements via radio/signals, perform minor locomotive and track maintenance, follow safety procedures and PPE requirements, and work variable shifts and conditions.
