Own the strategy and execution of CertifyOS’s provider data platform, including sourcing, attribution, matching, survivorship, explainability, observability, data quality, and pipeline economics. Define configurable, trustworthy workflows that reduce manual operations and support continuous compliance with NCQA standards. Partner with engineering, product, operations, implementation, and client success teams to productize data provisioning, establish performance metrics, and improve source coverage, freshness, matching accuracy, and self-service resolution.

Own the architecture, reliability, freshness, quality, and cost of CertifyOS’s data platform. Lead engineers delivering distributed batch and real-time pipelines, OLTP, OLAP, and NoSQL systems; drive entity resolution and master data management; build data products and ML foundations; improve scale and performance; establish observability and SLAs; mentor engineers; and participate in on-call incident response.

Build AI-assisted quality engineering workflows, scalable UI/API/integration and end-to-end automation, performance and load tests, and reliability checks. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, establish quality gates, analyze failures and bottlenecks, and validate distributed systems, databases, asynchronous workflows, and recovery behavior. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve test coverage, scalability, release confidence, and development productivity.

Drive enterprise business development and revenue growth across payer and delegated healthcare segments. Lead complex SaaS sales cycles, build executive relationships, manage pipeline activity, represent the company at industry events, provide customer insights, collaborate with Marketing and Product, and mentor BD team members.

Build and scale CertifyOS applications and core platform systems. Own features end to end, influence architecture, improve reliability and performance, collaborate with product, and participate in on-call and incident response. The role emphasizes maintainable code, testing, security best practices for sensitive data, high engineering standards, and operational excellence. Experience with AI coding tools, distributed systems, data-intensive platforms, healthcare compliance, MDM, and CI/CD is valuable.

Owns discovery, prototyping, delivery, and scaling of new customer-facing businesses. Partners with Sales, customers, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Client Success to validate opportunities, build AI-enabled prototypes, assess pricing and market demand, launch repeatable offerings, and measure customer and business outcomes. The role requires strong product judgment, customer engagement, technical fluency in agentic systems, and end-to-end ownership from experimentation through adoption and expansion.

Build and validate new customer-facing businesses from discovery through launch and expansion. Partner with Sales, customers, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Client Success to identify opportunities, prototype AI-powered solutions, test pricing and demand, and turn validated concepts into scalable enterprise products. Leads strategy, roadmap, execution, and business performance for CertifyOS’s Applications portfolio, including Credentialing, Monitoring, Provider Tools, and Applied AI. Partners cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, sales, and customer success; develops new application offerings; embeds AI into customer and internal workflows; and leads, coaches, and scales the product management organization.

Lead CertifyOS’s Applications product portfolio, including Credentialing, Monitoring, Provider Tools, and Applied AI. Own product strategy, roadmap, execution, investment prioritization, and business outcomes while partnering with engineering, design, operations, sales, and customer success. Lead and mentor product managers, improve operating practices, develop next-generation applications, and define agentic product and go-to-market strategies. The role requires strong product leadership, ambiguity management, cross-functional execution, and experience scaling teams in growth-stage or SaaS environments.

Lead multiple client implementations and onboarding projects from contract execution through go-live. Coordinate cross-functional teams, guide clients through implementation tasks, deliver platform training, and maintain a seamless client experience. Develop expertise in provider licensing, credentialing, and provider data management while managing timelines, reporting, presentations, and stakeholder communications.

Supports client relationships for a healthcare SaaS platform by responding to inquiries, coordinating projects, monitoring account health, gathering feedback, assisting with training, tracking KPIs, and collaborating across teams to improve retention and client outcomes.

Own CertifyOS’s brand identity, content strategy, editorial calendar, owned media channels, events, employer brand, and corporate communications. Develop thought leadership, manage LinkedIn, newsletters, podcasts, and executive ghostwriting, while building scalable content operations and measuring channel performance. Partner cross-functionally to strengthen market positioning, support pipeline generation, attract talent, and establish CertifyOS as an industry authority.

Leads competitive intelligence, market research, pricing strategy, portfolio optimization, product positioning, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution for a healthcare SaaS platform. The role translates customer and market insights into pricing models, packaging recommendations, messaging, launch plans, research programs, and product roadmap input. It also owns buyer personas, competitive assets, thought leadership, product marketing KPIs, and cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.

Lead CertifyOS's FP&A function during hyper-growth by owning long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, SaaS unit economics, operational KPIs, executive and board reporting, and capital allocation analysis. Partner with C-suite and commercial leaders to improve growth and efficiency, implement automated FP&A systems, standardize business metrics, and eventually build a high-performing FP&A team.

Build and deploy AI-powered support automation solutions using LLMs, RAG, agents, workflow automation, and end-to-end AI pipelines. Integrate systems such as CRMs, ticketing platforms, and knowledge bases. Monitor quality, accuracy, cost, latency, and business impact while improving production solutions. Partner with Product and Engineering to advance AI-led transformation.

Lead engineering teams developing scalable, reliable, customer-facing products. Responsibilities include people leadership, product delivery from discovery through operation, technical strategy, architecture, cloud-native distributed systems, and AI-native engineering adoption. The role requires guiding teams in AI-assisted development, RAG, agentic workflows, platform reliability, and production operations while partnering with Product and Design.

Process and validate provider credentials, licenses, and payor enrollments; research licensure and CME rules; complete applications; communicate with providers and clients; support implementations and draft clear guideline documents.

Own the operational lifecycle of cloud-native data infrastructure: design and automate reliable deployments, observability, incident response, SLIs/SLOs, autoscaling and IaC, and improve platform efficiency and data freshness across GKE and Cloud Run.
