Develop thought leadership, manage LinkedIn, newsletters, podcasts, and executive ghostwriting, while building scalable content operations and measuring channel performance. Partner cross-functionally to strengthen market positioning, support pipeline generation, attract talent, and establish CertifyOS as an industry authority.

Leads competitive intelligence, market research, pricing strategy, portfolio optimization, product positioning, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution for a healthcare SaaS platform. The role translates customer and market insights into pricing models, packaging recommendations, messaging, launch plans, research programs, and product roadmap input. It also owns buyer personas, competitive assets, thought leadership, product marketing KPIs, and cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.

Lead CertifyOS's FP&A function during hyper-growth by owning long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, SaaS unit economics, operational KPIs, executive and board reporting, and capital allocation analysis. Partner with C-suite and commercial leaders to improve growth and efficiency, implement automated FP&A systems, standardize business metrics, and eventually build a high-performing FP&A team.

Build and deploy AI-powered support automation solutions using LLMs, RAG, agents, workflow automation, and end-to-end AI pipelines. Integrate systems such as CRMs, ticketing platforms, and knowledge bases. Monitor quality, accuracy, cost, latency, and business impact while improving production solutions. Partner with Product and Engineering to advance AI-led transformation.

Lead engineering teams developing scalable, reliable, customer-facing products. Responsibilities include people leadership, product delivery from discovery through operation, technical strategy, architecture, cloud-native distributed systems, and AI-native engineering adoption. The role requires guiding teams in AI-assisted development, RAG, agentic workflows, platform reliability, and production operations while partnering with Product and Design.

Process and validate provider credentials, licenses, and payor enrollments; research licensure and CME rules; complete applications; communicate with providers and clients; support implementations and draft clear guideline documents.

Lead and scale CertifyOS's marketing organization to drive predictable pipeline and revenue. Build demand generation across paid, content, SEO, ABM, events, and digital programs; own product marketing, positioning, and launches; establish marketing analytics, attribution, and forecasting; hire and mentor a high-performing team; and partner cross-functionally to align growth, adoption, and retention with company OKRs.

Build and maintain scalable, production-grade systems; own end-to-end feature delivery; influence architecture; improve reliability, performance, and code quality; collaborate with product; participate in on-call and incident response; follow security best practices for sensitive data.

Lead architecture and implementation of CertifyOS's full‑stack application layer. Define frontend and backend patterns, API contracts, performance boundaries, async UX, AI integration, observability, and engineering practices. Mentor engineers, drive cross‑functional initiatives, and ensure scalable, reliable enterprise B2B product experiences.

Own the operational lifecycle of cloud-native data infrastructure: design and automate reliable deployments, observability, incident response, SLIs/SLOs, autoscaling and IaC, and improve platform efficiency and data freshness across GKE and Cloud Run.
