Process provider credentialing, licensing, and payer enrollment applications; research and validate licensure and continuing medical education requirements; communicate with providers and clients; maintain accurate credentialing data; support client implementations and monitoring projects; and create clear guideline documents from research findings.

Lead engineering teams developing scalable, reliable, customer-facing products. Responsibilities include people leadership, product delivery from discovery through operation, technical strategy, architecture, cloud-native distributed systems, and AI-native engineering adoption. The role requires guiding teams in AI-assisted development, RAG, agentic workflows, platform reliability, and production operations while partnering with Product and Design.

Build and maintain production-quality backend and full-stack software: implement features from design to deployment, write tested maintainable code, debug production issues, participate in design/code reviews, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams while using AI coding agents to accelerate development.

Lead and scale CertifyOS's marketing organization to drive predictable pipeline and revenue. Build demand generation across paid, content, SEO, ABM, events, and digital programs; own product marketing, positioning, and launches; establish marketing analytics, attribution, and forecasting; hire and mentor a high-performing team; and partner cross-functionally to align growth, adoption, and retention with company OKRs.

Build and maintain scalable, production-grade systems; own end-to-end feature delivery; influence architecture; improve reliability, performance, and code quality; collaborate with product; participate in on-call and incident response; follow security best practices for sensitive data.

Lead architecture and implementation of CertifyOS's full‑stack application layer. Define frontend and backend patterns, API contracts, performance boundaries, async UX, AI integration, observability, and engineering practices. Mentor engineers, drive cross‑functional initiatives, and ensure scalable, reliable enterprise B2B product experiences.

Own the operational lifecycle of cloud-native data infrastructure: design and automate reliable deployments, observability, incident response, SLIs/SLOs, autoscaling and IaC, and improve platform efficiency and data freshness across GKE and Cloud Run.
