Lead CertifyOS's FP&A function during hyper-growth by owning long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, SaaS unit economics, operational KPIs, executive and board reporting, and capital allocation analysis. Partner with C-suite and commercial leaders to improve growth and efficiency, implement automated FP&A systems, standardize business metrics, and eventually build a high-performing FP&A team.

Build and deploy AI-powered support automation solutions using LLMs, RAG, agents, workflow automation, and end-to-end AI pipelines. Integrate systems such as CRMs, ticketing platforms, and knowledge bases. Monitor quality, accuracy, cost, latency, and business impact while improving production solutions. Partner with Product and Engineering to advance AI-led transformation.

Lead engineering teams developing scalable, reliable, customer-facing products. Responsibilities include people leadership, product delivery from discovery through operation, technical strategy, architecture, cloud-native distributed systems, and AI-native engineering adoption. The role requires guiding teams in AI-assisted development, RAG, agentic workflows, platform reliability, and production operations while partnering with Product and Design.
