Drive new business growth in the UAE by hunting and winning clients in a technical SaaS environment. Manage and expand customer accounts, build lasting relationships, address client needs, resolve issues, track sales targets and metrics, forecast results, and identify growth opportunities. The role also provides guidance to account representatives and requires strong communication, negotiation, CRM, market knowledge, and sales performance skills.

Lead and manage end-to-end transaction processing (AP, AR, collections) across jurisdictions. Ensure accurate invoicing, payments, credit assessments, collections, internal controls, process improvements, month-end support, and team development while coordinating with procurement, sales, legal, IT, and banking partners.

Leads pipeline generation, client acquisition, field sales, product demonstrations, and opportunity progression for CPaaS solutions. Manages and coaches a small sales team, tracks performance against revenue and pipeline targets, maintains CRM accuracy, and collaborates with marketing and pre-sales. The role requires frequent client visits across Cairo, strong B2B prospecting and closing skills, competitive intelligence, and fluent Arabic and English.

Drive B2B pipeline and new customer acquisition for CEQUENS CPaaS. Generate and qualify leads, run product demos, conduct field sales across Cairo (3 days/week), maintain CRM records, collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Pre-Sales, and meet revenue and new-customer targets.

Manage onboarding, training, and adoption for a portfolio of clients to drive retention and satisfaction. Act as primary customer contact, monitor usage and success metrics, advocate customer needs to Product and Sales, develop playbooks, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve outcomes.

Lead legal strategy and counsel for a global CPaaS company: advise executives, manage contracts, ensure international and regional compliance (MENA), oversee company formation/restructuring, develop policies, represent the company, and provide training to maintain legal and regulatory adherence.
