The AI Solutions Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing AI-driven automation processes across various business units. You will work with advanced AI/ML models, natural language processing (NLP) techniques, predictive analytics, and custom automation frameworks to develop scalable, intelligent solutions that drive business innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI-powered business workflows and automations
- Implement and manage intelligent integrations across internal business applications
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand requirements and translate them into automation solutions
- Monitor and enhance the efficiency of existing automations and AI-powered processes
- Stay updated on the latest business automation trends, AI tools, and best practices
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent military training.
- 3–5 years of experience in AI Development, Business Automation, or Integration Engineering.
- Strong programming proficiency (Python, JavaScript, SQL, data modeling).
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries, NLP frameworks, and automation platforms.
- Deep understanding of APIs and system integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Experience with RPA and AI-enhanced automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agent-Building frameworks is an advantage (e.g., LangGraph).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and technical communication.
