Senior inside sales representative serving as primary customer contact, managing quotes and orders in ERP systems, resolving complex or high-risk situations, collaborating with sales/vendors/internal teams, mentoring others, and ensuring delivery accuracy and timely communication.

Manage food-process piping projects end-to-end: scope, design, bidding, costing, field support, contractor coordination, AutoCAD/P&ID drawings, MS Project schedules, CRM updates, and project cost/schedule control across multiple plant sites.

Coordinate end-to-end job lifecycle for installation and field service: order entry, job setup, materials procurement and expediting, scheduling, invoice processing, time entry, vendor/customer account setup, travel arrangements, safety training compliance, inventory, and job closeout while supporting project managers and field staff.
