Implements workplace safety procedures, training, audits, hazard assessments, documentation, and emergency response programs across manufacturing, warehouse, and jobsite environments. Advises employees, leaders, contractors, project managers, and supervisors on OSHA compliance and safety responsibilities. Monitors programs including fall protection, confined space, respiratory protection, forklifts, lockout/tagout, SDS, and incident reporting. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, supports product launches, Voice of Customer initiatives, events, and trade shows, and uses AI-assisted tools to improve marketing effectiveness.

Leads outside sales and business development across Southern California, growing accounts and market share for hygienic fluid handling equipment and services. Prospects food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, OEM, and fabrication customers; promotes pumps, valves, heat exchangers, instrumentation, tank cleaning, parts, and repair services. Builds customer and internal relationships, follows up on leads, supports sales strategy, identifies market opportunities, and provides regional business intelligence. Frequent customer travel, including overnight, weekend, and holiday travel, is required.
