Supervises the planning team and oversees production planning, shop scheduling, material coordination, and schedule recovery for repetitive manufacturing. Manages MRP reviews, purchasing coordination, inventory levels, ERP accuracy, and cross-functional alignment across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and project teams. Drives continuous improvement to reduce shortages, expediting, excess inventory, work in process, and manual processes while supporting customer delivery commitments.

Coordinates events, employee programs, tradeshows, promotional merchandise purchasing, inventory, Shopify order fulfillment, photography, graphic production, recycling initiatives, and other marketing projects. The role manages vendors, logistics, shipping, branded materials, website optimization, backlink research, and employee engagement activities while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

Leads the design, programming, integration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of robotic welding cells and automation systems. Oversees cell capability, uptime, cycle time, weld quality, safety, and repeatability while coordinating with manufacturing, engineering, quality, maintenance, planning, and vendors. Provides technical direction and training to robotics personnel, develops standards and documentation, supports production planning, and drives Lean improvements, root-cause analysis, reliability initiatives, and automation capital planning.
