Validate scope, pricing, diagrams, and line items; manage review queue to meet SLAs; communicate with contractors and insurance reps; provide technical feedback and guidance to improve estimate quality.

The Digital Content Coordinator creates and curates content for retail member websites while managing SEO strategies and collaborating with teams to enhance content effectiveness.

Provide responsive end-user technical support for Windows and macOS systems, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 services. Troubleshoot, resolve, and document help desk tickets; perform user setups, installations, upgrades, hardware/software inventory management, and device refresh cycles. Contribute to user education, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Design and customize creative assets (print, in-store, digital, video, social), manage project schedules in Airtable, maintain media libraries and licenses, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, support promotions and campaigns across retail brands, and attend an annual convention with occasional local travel.
