Creates and manages social media content, graphics, videos, and online review programs for member retail stores. Develops and optimizes social strategies using analytics, trends, and competitor insights; manages Sprout and Facebook Business Manager access; supports promotional marketing initiatives; and ensures consistent brand messaging across digital channels.

Coordinates payment processing, refunds, deposits, outgoing payment files, and payment-related reporting. Researches payment variances, balances carrier payments against estimates, communicates with members and carriers about pending claims, posts payments, and supports batch deposit reconciliation. Requires accounting-related experience, strong computer and Microsoft Office skills, accurate keyboarding, and effective communication.

Supports assigned members’ digital marketing and online reputation efforts. Coordinates requests, projects, deliverables, outreach, account audits, and collaboration with internal marketing teams. Monitors reviews, analyzes organic and paid marketing performance, identifies trends and opportunities, and helps execute strategies that improve visibility, traffic, engagement, lead generation, and business growth. Maintains accurate account data and provides responsive member support.
