The Client Experience Coordinator manages sensitive customer service issues, assists with claims, and provides support to members and partners, demanding strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Review and revise property loss estimates (flooring, water mitigation, roofing, general construction) using Xactimate or similar. Validate scope, pricing, diagrams, and line items; manage review queue to meet SLAs; communicate with contractors and insurance reps; provide technical feedback and guidance to improve estimate quality.

Design and produce branding, print, environmental and retail graphics from concept through production. Partner with visual merchandising, project managers and vendors to define specifications, manage workflows, maintain brand standards, and create showroom, tradeshow, POP, collateral, and internal communications assets.
