The Senior Corporate Accountant will prepare financial accounts, ensure data integrity, manage audits, and identify process efficiencies.

Manage strategic research projects and the Voice of Community program, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Partner with experience strategy and service design teams to improve member, supplier, and employee experiences. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, communication, workshop facilitation, research planning, and the ability to synthesize multiple data sources into practical business insights.

Phone-based outbound sales role owning and growing a portfolio of members across assigned regions. Drive new business, manage renewals, present tailored quotes for Capricorn Mutual and broking products, hit sales targets, collaborate internally, and handle member complaints per process.

Lead and develop the Executive Assistant function, provide high-level EA support to senior executives (including the Group CEO), optimise executive workflows, manage team workloads and budgets, establish governance standards and templates, coordinate executive and Board meetings, drive continuous improvement, and act as a primary liaison between Executives and the EA team to ensure seamless, proactive support.

Lead multi-site workplace operations, ensuring facilities are safe, compliant and well maintained. Manage reception, security access, fleet, vendors, maintenance programs and facility projects while controlling budgets and delivering high-quality, timely service to stakeholders.
