Role Overview: Make an Impact in Insurance Operations

Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join our team and play a key role in supporting brokered commercial and personal lines insurance across Australia and New Zealand. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making a real difference in the day-to-day operations of a dynamic insurance business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process and invoice new business, endorsements, and renewals with precision and speed.

• Coordinate premium funding contracts and ensure accurate filing.

• Collaborate with Risk Account Managers and clients to gather underwriting information and confirm instructions.

• Provide proactive support to Members, including managing complaints in line with RG271 requirements.

• Maintain claims status reports and follow up on policy payments.

• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external insurance stakeholders.

• Contribute to the smooth running of the business with general broking and account support.

What You’ll Bring

Skills & Attributes:

• A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills.

• Excellent communication—both written and verbal.

• Confidence working independently and taking initiative.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

• A commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Experience:

• At least 1 year in financial services (insurance experience is a plus).

• Familiarity with systems like iBais, OfficeTech, and Sunrise (desirable).

Qualifications:

• RG 146 Tier 2 qualification (essential).
