Maintains and stocks hotel guest room closets with linens and towels, removes soiled linen and dish trays from hallways, collects beach and cabana towels, organizes supplies, reports unsafe conditions, and maintains a friendly, guest-focused attitude.

Lead group and leisure sales across multiple resort properties, drive revenue and occupancy goals, generate and manage leads, oversee CRM and forecasting, coordinate with revenue, F&B, marketing, and operations, represent the company at industry events, and produce weekly sales and booking reports.

Manage front desk operations and staff to ensure smooth guest check-in/out and exceptional service. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front office, valet, and bell staff; monitor PMS and related systems; resolve guest complaints; maximize revenue through upselling; ensure accurate cash/credit handling, inventories, dress code compliance, and interdepartmental coordination.

Lead Cape Resorts' digital marketing strategy and execution: own the marketing calendar, website UX and booking engine alignment, email/CRM growth, and paid media oversight. Manage agency relationships, drive audience segmentation and optimization, coordinate content and asset needs, measure KPIs, and ensure cohesive brand-driven campaigns that convert across the customer journey.
