Leads Cape Resorts’ social media and content vision, strategy, team, influencer partnerships, brand events, and content production. Develops culturally relevant, brand-aligned content across platforms, manages creative workflows and external partners, and uses performance insights to optimize reach, engagement, bookings, and revenue. Collaborates with marketing, PR, digital, CRM, operations, and property teams while building scalable content processes and maintaining the brand’s visual and editorial standards.

Manage daily social media execution and content production across multiple hospitality brand accounts. Responsibilities include copywriting, photography, video creation and editing, graphic design, publishing, community engagement, influencer and event support, performance reporting, content strategy insights, and digital asset organization. The role requires strong visual, editorial, organizational, and analytical skills in a fast-paced, on-property environment.

Lead Cape Resorts' digital marketing strategy and execution: own the marketing calendar, website UX and booking engine alignment, email/CRM growth, and paid media oversight. Manage agency relationships, drive audience segmentation and optimization, coordinate content and asset needs, measure KPIs, and ensure cohesive brand-driven campaigns that convert across the customer journey.
