The role ensures accurate records, timely approvals, regulatory adherence, and effective oversight across the delegated authority portfolio.

Supports underwriting and policy lifecycle activities, including new and renewal business processing, broker communications, submission triage, quote and policy documentation, invoicing, collections, endorsements, cancellations, reinsurance administration, and electronic file maintenance. The role also performs sanctions checks, catastrophe modeling when needed, system transactions, testing, and project support while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Supports FP&A for the Australian insurance business, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, variance analysis, scenario planning, and portfolio insights. Partners with underwriting and operations teams, reconciles premium and receivable data, monitors collections and financial risks, supports month-end close and audit activities, and improves reporting, controls, data quality, and automation using AI-enabled tools.

Senior Analytics Engineer responsible for leading analytics engineering and reporting initiatives using Power BI and Databricks. The role involves designing semantic models, datasets, dashboards, and paginated reports; optimizing DAX, queries, refreshes, and performance; implementing data validation and testing; migrating legacy reporting; and supporting secure, scalable production solutions. Review contract documentation, maintain accurate records, support global reinsurance strategies, respond to information requests, and ensure reinsurance arrangements are accurately reflected in business systems and reporting.
