Supports onboarding and ongoing processing of sub-delegated insurance programs. Responsibilities include setting up binders in Subscribe, coordinating booking instructions, reviewing bordereaux entries, resolving data issues with MGAs, tracking signed bordereaux and funds, processing paid bordereaux values, and coordinating submissions and fund remittance with internal teams and brokers. Requires prior insurance exposure, strong organization, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, accuracy, and Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Leads the organisation’s database administration function, overseeing database operations, performance, availability, security, backups, recovery, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management across cloud and on-premise environments. Manages and develops the DBA team, handles complex incidents, ensures compliance and governance, supports infrastructure projects, manages vendors, and drives continuous improvement. The role also provides technical assurance, capacity planning, stakeholder reporting, and database risk management.

Owns the enterprise data architecture and Databricks Lakehouse platform, defining data models, integration patterns, governance standards, security controls, metadata, lineage, and data quality requirements. Develops insurance data models, transition roadmaps, reusable architecture patterns, and data-sharing standards while rationalizing legacy assets. Partners with stakeholders, engineers, solution architects, governance teams, and delivery squads to implement scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-efficient data solutions. Mentors team members and supports architecture governance and design assurance.
