Supports new financial professionals transitioning their practices to Cambridge by developing tailored onboarding plans, coordinating internal resources, delivering training, resolving escalated issues, and maintaining strong communication. Lead enterprise Salesforce product strategy, roadmap, and measurable OKRs across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Data Clouds. Drive discovery, prioritization, adoption, AI-enabled experiences, and cross-functional governance while mentoring Product Owners, partnering with engineering and architecture, and defining instrumentation and reporting for adoption, reliability, and compliance.

Support and optimize Workday Financials and related accounting systems. Provide Tier 2 support, manage user access, lead incident management, implement integrations and automation, ensure data integrity, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement between accounting and technology teams.
