Provide administrative and operational support to financial professionals, manage client account administration and service requests, maintain compliance records, use multiple electronic systems (Adobe Acrobat, Outlook), communicate with advisors and clients, research and resolve issues, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and contribute to process improvements and operational excellence.

Design, develop, and extend Adobe Experience Manager solutions including components, templates, workflows, and integrations. Optimize performance, support deployments and troubleshooting, conduct code reviews, document architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile, hybrid environment.

Lead and scale Product Design as an enterprise capability: set design standards, governance, and DesignOps; mentor and grow a high-performing design team; partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Compliance and business leaders; influence executive decision-making; and provide hands-on leadership for strategic discovery, prototypes, research, accessibility, and AI-enabled experience design to improve product outcomes and design maturity.
