On-site at Scott AFB, maintain and engineer a resilient enterprise IP voice/video infrastructure for DoD. Configure and troubleshoot CUCM/CUBE/Oracle/Avaya platforms, SIP signaling, routing/switching (Cisco/Juniper), firewalls, QoS and VPNs. Validate changes, perform fault analysis, document configurations, and support capacity planning to ensure secure mission communications.

Operate and sustain DISA/DoD networks in a NOC: monitor alarms, manage circuits across optical and IP transport, perform real-time reroutes, execute change/hardware/software tasks, document incidents, and coordinate with internal/external teams to restore and maintain network availability.

Transform raw data into clean, reliable datasets; analyze trends and produce actionable insights; design and build interactive Kibana dashboards and UX/UI mockups; maintain ETL/data pipelines and reusable analytics assets; document data models and workflows; collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders in an Agile environment to support operational decision-making.

Operate and sustain Joint Fires Network NOC services: monitor alarms, perform circuit configuration and real-time rerouting, manage incidents and changes, replace hardware, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure secure, reliable network availability.

Maintain and support multi-user Red Hat Linux systems and associated global network management infrastructure. Administer VMware environments, storage (SAN/NAS), enclave switches, scripting, DISA STIG hardening, AWS cloud resources, and SLAs. Provide documentation, on-call and emergency support, and mentor junior staff while tracking performance metrics.

Provide regional technical leadership for LAN/WLAN/WAN design, installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting across DoD/DHA Pacific medical facilities. Serve as regional network point of contact, advise government stakeholders, lead specialists, maintain standards, and use tools like SolarWinds, ARMIS, and Ansible to ensure high availability and security.

Serve as cleared senior network SME for DoD medical networks. Lead resolution of complex LAN/WLAN/WAN issues, design and enforce standards, configure firewalls/VPNs/IDS, use SolarWinds/ARMIS/Ansible for diagnostics, advise government stakeholders, lead teams, and support performance, capacity planning, and high-availability across DHA facilities.

Lead contract team across CONUS, Pacific, and Europe to ensure technical, schedule, quality, staffing, and reporting requirements are met. Provide contract oversight, coordinate cross-regional work and escalations, track deliverables and risks, manage staffing and compliance, support contract administration, and serve as primary Government point of contact.

Provide regional technical leadership and high-level installation, configuration, documentation, management, and troubleshooting for LAN/WLAN/WAN across DoD/DHA medical facilities in Europe. Advise government and contractor staff, lead network specialists, maintain standards, and ensure security and high availability using tools like Orion SolarWinds, ARMIS, and Ansible.

Support complex IT issues for end-users, providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support in a diverse Windows environment, including hardware and software troubleshooting for both Windows and Apple systems.

Provide on-site UC network operations and incident management for DISA services at Hill AFB: monitor alarms, configure TDM/SIP circuits, troubleshoot, document tickets in ServiceNow, and maintain network availability for mission-critical communications.

Perform configuration management for DoD networks: maintain CM plan and CMDB, process and audit change requests in ServiceNow, track CIs, produce audit reports, support ServiceNow dashboards, and improve CM processes.

The Implementations Network Engineer III supports DISA with network configuration and servicing, oversees deployments, tests systems, and facilitates project-based network rollouts.

Provide on-site Unified Capabilities support in a 24x7 DISA Global Operations Center: monitor alarms, manage incidents/tickets in ServiceNow, configure voice/IP circuits (TDM/SIP), maintain route plans and device profiles, perform packet analysis, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure service restoration for mission-critical DoD communications.

The Senior IT Systems Engineer will design, implement, and maintain IT systems, ensuring reliability and performance, while providing technical leadership and guidance.
