Provide Tier II 24/7 network engineering and operational support for enterprise, tactical, and transport networks supporting US SOCOM. Troubleshoot and restore routed/switched, wireless, RF, and satellite links; configure Cisco solutions (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, multicast, QoS, VPN); perform packet/log analysis and root-cause investigations; support commissioning, testing, documentation, IA/RMF/STIG compliance, and coordination with NOCs, stakeholders, and OEMs. Position requires shift work and worldwide travel to forward-deployed/remote locations.

Troubleshoot routed/switched, RF, wireless, and satellite environments; configure Cisco solutions (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, QoS, VPN); perform packet/log analysis and root-cause investigations; support fielding, testing, documentation, IA/RMF/STIG compliance, and coordination with NOCs, OEMs, and government stakeholders. Role requires shift work, travel, and delivery of technical reports and briefings.

The Implementations Network Engineer III supports DISA with network configuration and servicing, oversees deployments, tests systems, and facilitates project-based network rollouts.
