Design and prepare drawings for outside-plant (OSP) and inside-plant (ISP) telecom infrastructure. Plan cable routing, site development, and construction; install and support copper and fiber systems, cabinets, racks, and grounding; produce technical documentation using OSP/ISP design tools.

Perform configuration management for DoD networks: maintain CM plan and CMDB, process and audit change requests in ServiceNow, track CIs, produce audit reports, support ServiceNow dashboards, and improve CM processes.

The Implementations Network Engineer III supports DISA with network configuration and servicing, oversees deployments, tests systems, and facilitates project-based network rollouts.
