Manage end-to-end recruitment for resort-based volume and specialist roles, including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding communications. Advise hiring managers, support recruitment strategies, maintain ATS records, ensure compliance with UK employment and equality legislation, and monitor recruitment reporting. The role also contributes to process improvements, employer branding, careers events, talent pipelines, and wider People Team projects.

Acts as a trusted HR advisor for resort employees and leaders, managing employee relations cases, engagement initiatives, HR queries, absence and performance matters, exit interviews, organizational charts, contract changes, and HR metrics. Partners with recruitment, learning and development, internal communications, payroll, reward, and legal specialists to execute people plans and support business strategy. The role is based on resort throughout the working week.

Leads and develops a contact centre team supporting holiday guests with bookings, sales, and customer service. Responsibilities include coaching, performance management, KPI monitoring, complaint resolution, sales support, quality assessments, team communications, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also handles inbound calls and collaborates with social media and administration teams during peak periods.

Supports the Butlins Finance team through weekly reporting, financial analysis, ledger postings, P&L reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and ad hoc reporting. The placement provides hands-on experience for a student completing an accounting or finance degree. Candidates should be self-motivated, eager to learn, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and able to communicate financial information to non-finance colleagues.

Provides employee relations guidance across a 1,200+ person resort workforce, managing disciplinary, grievance, performance, probation, absence, wellbeing, and other complex cases. Coaches leaders, interprets employment legislation, ensures policy compliance, analyzes People data, identifies retention and engagement trends, and manages an independent ER caseload while partnering with department heads.

Forecast, analyze, report, and roster resort teams to ensure appropriate staffing at the right time and place. Manage short- and long-term workforce planning, roster compliance, KPI delivery, budget alignment, headcount planning, and productivity analysis. Implement consistent ways of working in the SAM and Workforce systems, identify risks and improvement opportunities, maximize available hours, and collaborate with leaders across departments to support business needs.

The Supervisor Plus will oversee team operations, ensure compliance and standards, coach staff, manage guest experiences, and drive sales. This role is versatile across various departments, focusing on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Partner with resort leaders to deliver day-to-day HR support, manage employee relations cases, coach leaders, run engagement and exit interview programmes, maintain org charts and e-files, and coordinate with Recruitment, L&D, Payroll & Reward to execute an action-based People Plan.

The Stage Manager oversees technical entertainment delivery, coordinates stage teams, supports artists, and maintains technical equipment for shows and events.
