Monitor the resort CCTV and act as control for Resort Safety: dispatch SIA-licensed teams, respond to incidents and fire calls, liaise with emergency services, and ensure guest safety across shifts.

Provide guest-facing security at a resort: welcome guests, check IDs, supervise licensed venues, conduct foot and vehicle patrols, respond calmly to incidents (including fire alarms), and ensure a safe, welcoming experience across family breaks, festivals, and corporate events. Full SIA and First Aid training provided; role involves rotational 24/7 shifts.

Serve as a trusted People and HR advisor for resort employees and leaders. Manage day-to-day HR queries, employee relations cases, absence and performance matters, engagement initiatives, exit interviews, organizational charts, contract changes, and HR metrics. Partner with Recruitment, Learning and Development, Internal Communications, Payroll, Reward, ER specialists, and lawyers to deliver people plans and coach leaders across the business.
