Handle inbound guest enquiries by phone and computer booking systems, advise and book holidays, resolve problems with empathy, maintain accurate records, and work flexible shifts to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Greet and assist Caravan Owners and guests, handle reception queries and phone calls, perform daily admin on computer systems, resolve guest issues, support check-in and gate welcome hosting, and collaborate with accommodation and village teams to deliver friendly, efficient service.

Support wardrobe operations across multiple entertainment venues: assist the Wardrobe Manager with show setup, dress performers quickly and professionally, perform minor costume repairs, launder and sort costumes, handle morning laundry calls, and follow Health & Safety and COSHH procedures. Role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.
