Leads resort teams across accommodation and a chosen specialist area, coaching staff, driving sales and guest experience targets, resolving guest issues, supporting audits, and delivering operational improvements. The role connects manager plans with team execution, supports onboarding and development, and adapts across departments. Specialisms include buffets, bars and shops, restaurants and QSRs, or Splash, with pool safety expertise required for Splash.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a resort, overseeing 50–100 vacancies across multiple specialisms. Lead a small recruitment team, plan resourcing activity, partner with hiring managers, run assessments, support onboarding, and deliver attraction campaigns with local schools and universities. Promote the employer brand, ensure fair and legally compliant recruitment practices, and coach team members through regular development discussions. The role is resort-based and requires some weekend work.

Handle inbound guest enquiries by phone and computer booking systems, provide empathetic, solutions-focused assistance, book holidays, resolve issues, and balance guest needs with commercial considerations while working flexible shifts.
