Teams at Butlin's

Lead production and wardrobe teams to plan, deliver and manage all entertainment productions, shows and events across the resort. Oversee scheduling, rehearsals, technical requirements, H&S compliance, budgets, understudy programmes, guest feedback and cross-functional stakeholder coordination to ensure safe, on-time, high-quality guest experiences.

Partner with resort leaders to deliver day-to-day HR support, manage employee relations cases, coach leaders, run engagement and exit interview programmes, maintain org charts and e-files, and coordinate with Recruitment, L&D, Payroll & Reward to execute an action-based People Plan.

Support the technical team by creating show reports, stage plans and schedules; run technical and dress rehearsals; liaise with production and entertainment leadership; perform manual tasks including loading/unloading, equipment/security, storage and maintenance of scenery; enforce health and safety procedures to ensure smooth show operations.
