The Personal Lines Sales Producer will build relationships, conduct client assessments, and sell Personal Lines insurance products while meeting sales goals.

Support insurance operations by maintaining policy records in Applied Epic, monitoring carrier notices, processing mortgagee and proof of insurance requests, routing carrier communications, creating follow-up activities, and assisting Account Managers with workflows and overflow calls to ensure accurate policy status and documentation.

Act as primary contact for commercial lines insurance, process policy changes, assist with renewals, and provide claims support. Must have insurance licenses and strong customer service skills.

You will prospect and close new commercial accounts, cross-sell to current clients, and build custom insurance packages for B2B commercial lines.
