What You'll Do:
- Monitor carrier websites and retrieve policy notices
- Help maintain the accuracy and integrity of our agency management system (Applied Epic)
- Ensuring policy status reads correctly in Applied Epic
- Attach policy documents and maintain accurate client records
- Review and route carrier communications to the appropriate Account Manager
- Process mortgagee change requests and proof of insurance requests
- Verify policies are renewed or cancelled in Applied Epic
- Create follow-up activities for the Account Managers
- Process insurance-related mail and documentation
- Support Account Managers by keeping policy workflows moving
- Provide additional support on overflow call transferring when necessary
- A front client-facing position
- A cold-calling position
- A receptionist position
- A commission-based role
This is an operations-focused position that plays a critical role in supporting our internal team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of administrative, customer service, office operations, insurance, banking, healthcare administration, mortgage, title, legal support, or other detail-oriented office experience
- Comprehensive reading skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, Applied Epic
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Active 4-40, 20-44, 2-20 License
- Prior experience (preferred)
