Owns Bose’s global Design to Launch enterprise process, including process architecture, governance, stage gates, financial integration, KPIs, digital enablement, launch readiness, and transformation strategy. The role drives cross-functional adoption across product, engineering, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, marketing, sales, suppliers, and external development partners. It improves product development speed, predictability, economics, quality, and lifecycle outcomes across integrated hardware and software products.

Owns Bose’s global Design to Launch process architecture, governance, stage-gate framework, performance model, financial integration, and transformation roadmap. The role establishes enterprise standards, KPIs, launch-readiness criteria, data requirements, and decision rights across product development, engineering, manufacturing, finance, supply, service, and commercialization. It drives continuous improvement, digital systems enablement, partner alignment, and adoption of process changes across a global matrixed organization.

Leads system design evaluation and technical customer engagement for licensed Bose audio technologies. Assesses product architectures, Bluetooth SoCs, DSP platforms, embedded systems, software frameworks, and audio implementations. Provides system-level recommendations, conducts feasibility and risk assessments, supports audio tuning and troubleshooting, and drives root-cause analysis. Collaborates with global engineering, product management, business development, ODM/OEM partners, and customers to deploy high-quality consumer audio products.

Supports EU distribution operations across distribution centers and 3PL partners. Monitors receiving, storage, fulfillment, delivery performance, costs, productivity, capacity, and service-level adherence. Coordinates issue resolution, peak and launch readiness, channel fulfillment, process improvements, compliance, audit readiness, and SOP adherence across OEM, retail, DTC, and professional channels.

Develop and deploy automated acoustic manufacturing tests for Bose products. Responsibilities include creating and managing test plans, performing acoustic measurements, debugging hardware, software, firmware, and process issues, analyzing build data, coaching contract manufacturers, auditing production sites, tracking program risks and schedules, and reporting technical findings. The role requires expertise in acoustics, audio testing, electrical engineering, test systems, signal analysis, and manufacturing quality.

Own end-to-end delivery of embedded audio software projects from requirements through integration and validation. Develop and optimize C/C++ platform components for embedded and RTOS environments, lead integration across DSP pipelines, middleware, and partner deliverables, and resolve system-level issues. Optimize latency-sensitive real-time audio performance, coordinate with systems, QA, and security teams, and maintain technical documentation and integration plans.

Designs and implements security for embedded consumer electronics products, including ARM TrustZone applets, cryptographic device identity, secure boot, firmware protection, key management, and trust chains. Defines security requirements, performs assessments and testing, supports compliance audits, mitigates vulnerabilities, and advises engineering teams through architecture and code reviews. Collaborates with firmware, DevOps, cloud, manufacturing, and program management teams to strengthen product security and incident response.

Serves as Bose’s on-site technical interface with GM for automotive audio and noise-management software integration. Supports bench and vehicle testing, diagnostics, issue reproduction, root-cause analysis, fix verification, software and calibration releases, configuration management, requirements, launch activities, and customer communication. Maintains Jira and release records while coordinating with Bose, GM, suppliers, and engineering teams across development, production, proving-ground, and field environments.

Serves as Bose’s local technical interface with GM for automotive audio and noise-management software integration. Supports bench and vehicle testing, diagnostics, issue reproduction, log and trace analysis, root-cause investigations, fix verification, software and calibration releases, configuration management, requirements updates, and launch activities. Maintains Jira and release records, coordinates cross-functional technical sessions, and communicates risks, dependencies, and status across GM, Bose, suppliers, and engineering teams. The role requires on-site work, a driver’s license, and approximately 10–15% travel.

Design, implement, test, and refine real-time feedback and adaptive feedforward noise-cancellation algorithms for headphones, earbuds, and automotive applications. Conduct electroacoustic and vibration measurements, analyze results, develop software and validation tools, support legacy algorithms, and collaborate across research and development teams. The role requires embedded algorithm deployment, control theory, adaptive filtering, DSP, MATLAB and Simulink expertise, with occasional customer-support travel.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated product launches. Build and manage launch timelines, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, track asset readiness and localizations, manage sample and PR workflows, identify risks and drive resolution, and continuously improve launch processes and templates to ensure global launch readiness.

Develop next-generation consumer audio experiences, reusable audio-system architectures, prototypes, and signal-processing solutions. Measure, tune, and evaluate acoustic and electroacoustic systems using objective data and critical listening. Defines scalable customer-facing software, platform, and system architectures for Bose Automotive’s Software-Defined Vehicle solutions. Translates customer and market needs into reusable platform capabilities, reference architectures, integration frameworks, deployment models, and proof-of-concepts. Advises OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, partners, Business Development, Product Management, and Engineering; influences technology roadmaps; supports strategic pursuits; and advances ecosystem integration, platform reuse, and scalable software deployment across vehicle programs.

Leads technical marketing for Bose Luxury across North America by training partners, advising luxury clients and design professionals, supporting system selection and installation, commissioning and calibrating audio systems, troubleshooting post-sale issues, and delivering demonstrations at events and brand activations. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, product, and experience teams while providing market insights and ensuring premium customer and listening experiences.

Leads technical marketing for Bose Luxury across North America through partner training, pre-sales consultation, system design, installation, commissioning, calibration, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and post-sales support. Engages luxury clients, architects, designers, dealers, and integrators while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Experience, and Product teams to support project conversion, customer satisfaction, and premium brand experiences. Extensive regional travel is required.

Leads creative operations for Bose Studios by building scalable workflows, managing content production processes, overseeing timelines and resources, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and improving project visibility, efficiency, and accountability. The role administers project management tools, develops dashboards and metrics, facilitates project meetings and post-mortems, and adapts operating processes as the studio grows.

Develop and optimize Bose audio technologies within Android audio subsystems across smartphones, automotive systems, and consumer electronics. Maintain Android audio frameworks and services, troubleshoot system-level issues involving latency, routing, synchronization, distortion, and power management, and integrate audio hardware and DSP algorithms. Translate customer requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with global engineering teams, platform vendors, and customers through product commercialization.
