Create weekly and daily production schedules from the Master Production Schedule to minimize inventory, maximize productivity, and meet customer service targets. Communicate schedule changes, coordinate with materials, suppliers, quality, and engineering, maintain ERP/MRP replenishment signals, support clear-to-build meetings, and manage daily production priorities and inventory adherence.

Manage existing house accounts and York dealers to increase sales and margin for residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. Provide quotations, enter and track orders, handle returns and post-sale support, perform occasional sales and counter sales calls, and send marketing communications to customers.

Support HR data analysis, build dashboards and reports (Workday/SAP, Excel, Power BI), ensure HR data integrity, assist HR initiatives, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws.
