Lead technical development of residential HVAC products from concept through production. Perform system-level analysis, develop models and tests, validate designs, support root-cause investigations, ensure compliance with standards, and mentor engineering teams while collaborating across manufacturing, quality, service, and product management.

Manage product strategy, portfolio execution, and lifecycle for RAC, PAC, and multi-split ductless systems across the AME region. Coordinate cross-functional teams to adapt global platforms to regional needs, support launches, pricing, go-to-market, and regulatory compliance, and translate market and installer insights into product requirements.

Serve as Cyber Security Manager for assigned projects and sites: plan and perform security assessments and audits, deliver vulnerability management and compliance services, coordinate pen tests and trainings, report cyber status to stakeholders, consult on IT risk mitigation, maintain risk inventories and follow-up measures, and promote an IT risk-aware culture.

Define and execute engineering strategy to support plant growth, product transfers, capacity expansion, automation initiatives, and manufacturing excellence. Act as the bridge between Product Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and U.S. manufacturing teams to ensure seamless transfers and sustainable operation of new products and processes. Report to the Cienega Plant Manager.

Design, implement, and maintain control systems for commercial HVAC products. Develop sequences of operation, prototype/test control applications via simulation/emulation and field tests, create technical documentation, and collaborate with product support, manufacturing, quality, and labs. Conduct feasibility analysis and support continuous improvement.
