Manage financial planning and forecasting for assigned business units, build and maintain complex financial models, drive variance analysis and KPIs, produce executive reporting and dashboards, partner with commercial and operations teams, and improve FP&A processes and automation.

Lead thermodynamic design and validation for air-to-water heat pump systems: conceptualize and specify new designs, perform thermodynamic analysis of heat exchangers and refrigerant/water cycles, estimate material costs, define control strategies, validate prototypes in labs, and ensure regulatory and certification compliance (e.g., ErP). Collaborate with international R&D teams for performance approval.

Define and document system requirements, develop and validate embedded software and control algorithms for air-to-water heat pumps, debug microcontroller code, verify prototypes and software behavior, and support communication protocol development (CAN, Modbus, UART) while collaborating with electronics and controls teams to meet product performance and safety targets.
