Sell commercial rooftop units and accessories to existing and prospective customers in Wisconsin. Prepare quotations and submittals using SelNav, apply matrix pricing, coordinate special pricing, provide technical product information, and follow up on projects to drive sales growth. Support Account Managers with commercial quoting and participate in customer visits. The role requires commercial rooftop quoting experience, knowledge of air conditioning principles, and strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.

Leads manufacturing process development, optimization, production support, continuous improvement, and new product introduction. Provides technical expertise in equipment, tooling, automation, materials, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Supports quality systems, audits, PFMEAs, control plans, process validation, and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and maintenance teams, leads capital projects, supports the production floor, and mentors junior manufacturing engineers.

Leads advanced engineering strategy for manufacturing growth, product transfers, capacity expansion, automation initiatives, and manufacturing excellence. Coordinates Product Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and U.S. manufacturing teams to ensure successful transfer and sustainable operation of new products and processes. Requires manufacturing operations leadership, ERP/MRP expertise, lean inventory and demand planning knowledge, and strong project management skills.
