Establish and guide the electrical safety organization, ensure compliance with standards, provide training, and align strategies with management.

Lead and optimize manufacturing processes, support new product introductions, specify and validate equipment/tooling, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), perform root cause analysis, ensure quality/compliance, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

Oversee daily production operations, develop schedules and workflows, ensure quality and safety compliance, train and supervise production staff, manage inventory and suppliers, analyze production data, and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
