Develop and execute master production schedules, align production with demand and material availability, monitor performance and backlog, resolve material and capacity issues, maintain ERP/MRP data and release production orders in SAP, analyze production KPIs, and collaborate with supply chain, production, quality, and customer service to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement while enforcing safety procedures.
